Building Bones

Building Bones is a class designed to help adults maintain bone health and tone muscles. It features a low-impact workout that includes muscle stretching and strengthening with low-weight weight-bearing exercises.

Flex & Stretch

This class is taught by a physical therapist and will help condition you for everyday life activities. The class focuses on maintaining or improving your flexibility and strength to help improve balance and alleviate muscle tightness, arthritis pain, and stiff joints.

Integrative Therapy

Our Integrative Therapy program complements the conventional medical treatments we offer. Various treatments may help promote wellness and relieve discomfort:
