Prioritize your Bone Health
Ready to tone your muscles and maximize your bone health? If so, this low-impact exercise class is for you. We focus on muscle strengthening and stretching through low-weight-bearing exercises.
You must pay the registration fee and sign a waiver before attending class. A minimum number of participants must register before we can hold the class. Call us at 781-756-4700 to register.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water. We also recommend that you bring your own equipment, such as weights and a mat. If you borrow our equipment, we ask that you disinfect it after use. We provide gloves and cleaning supplies.
