Varicose Vein Removal
Varicose (spider) veins affect half of those age 50 and older, and 15–25% of all adults. Experts estimate that 20–25% of women and 10–15% of men have or will have varicose veins in their lifetime. These problems can be more than a cosmetic issue. They could be a sign of a more serious problem.
The Vein Center at Winchester Hospital provides expert care and a full range of treatment options for varicose veins. Many varicose veins can be eliminated without surgery — safely, quickly and comfortably.
