About the Beth Israel Lahey Health Anticoagulation Program
As of October 1, 2024, the Winchester Anticoagulation Clinic has joined Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Centralized Anticoagulation Management Program.
Our dedicated team of nurses, pharmacists and physicians will continue to provide the same level of expertise and support in managing your anticoagulation therapy.
