What to Expect During Your Appointment
During your first visit, we take a detailed history and do a physical exam. If necessary, we may order tests to learn more about your health.
Once we have all the information we need, our pain specialists talk with you about your treatment options and develop a plan to move forward.
We offer a variety of treatments for pain management at Winchester Hospital. The evidence-based medicine we use is proven to help people living with pain. These include injection-based therapies, physical therapy and treatments such as acupuncture, offered in collaboration with integrative therapy.
