Once the form is submitted, we will send you an invite to the Microsoft Teams virtual meeting, along with the phone number and the conference ID number specific to that session.
All Surgical Weight Loss Information Sessions take place the first Wednesday of every month from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
