At Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Hartwell Avenue, we offer comprehensive primary care services across your entire lifecycle. Our team of experienced providers are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the America Board of Family Medicine and take a team-based approach to your care.

Our Services
You should see your primary care provider once a year for your annual check-up. You may need additional visits if medical issues arise. We provide the following services:

Specialty Care & Referrals
If you feel you need to see a specialist and have not discussed the referral with your primary care provider (PCP), please first call your PCP, as they may need to see you prior to referring you to the specialist.
When needed, your primary care provider works with other subspecialty providers at Beth Israel Lahey Health to ensure you have the care you need to feel your very best.
