Jeffrey L. Brown, MD, FACS Joins Medical Staff at Winchester Hospital
Winchester, Mass. – Jeffrey L. Brown, MD, FACS has joined Winchester Hospital’s medical staff. He is associated with Darius Ameri, MD, FACS and practices both general and bariatric surgery in Stoneham.
Dr. Brown previously practiced for nine years in Nashua, N.H., and for four years performed bariatric surgery there.
He received his doctor of medicine degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Penn. He remained at Hahnemann University for his surgical internship and residency, and completed a critical care fellowship before beginning private practice in 2000.
The recipient of numerous honors and awards, Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the New Hampshire Medical Society.
